Introduction:

CMA-6050 is the latest high-precision laser cutting machine introduced by our Company.

The mechanical system adopts high-precision ball-screw drive struction transmission mechanism with separate-body design for its X and Y directions, which have perfectly solved the problem of decrease of cutting accuracy of the conventional laser cutting machine due to the interference caused by the movement of the cutting path, and created a smoother cutting path.           

This equipment presents excellent electrical system design, high stability and strong anti-jamming ability. With the advancedembedded DSP real-time laser cutting control system, it is able to run much faster, make the laser strength and speed automatically match to each other and perfectly achieve consistent cutting effect even on of  the corners.   

Optical system adopts high-precision imported optical components, which has greatly improved the reflection efficiency and the focusing effect, thus further substantially enhanced the control efficiency of the laser power to ensure the first-class quality of the workpieces for processing.
